It is available at advancedhomeopathy.com.au (Site) and may be available through other addresses or channels.
These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your, the person, organisation or entity that uses our Site (referred to as you or your) use of our Site and form a contract between you and us if you use the Site. Please read these Terms carefully.

- Course: If you choose to enrol in the Dr Parimal Banerji’s Advanced Homeopathy Postgraduate Course (referred to as course or courses or program or programs or training), you:
- understand that our courses and programs are for educational purposes only. Advanced Homeopathy and its staff and faculty are not liable for possible damage incurred as a direct or indirect consequence of using the contents, advice, or interpretation thereof of any of our courses, programs, web content, or email communication and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, psychiatrist or psychologist, or other qualified health care providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition or treatment and before undertaking a regimen, and never disregard professional medical or mental health care advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have learned in a course, program, email, suggested practice, community forum, or on our website.
- Enrolment in the course constitutes your agreement to fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend Advanced Homeopathy and its staff and its faculty, from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses. As a registrant, you further pledge that you are in good health mentally and emotionally for participation in training of a transformational nature and you understand that this course or program is not a substitute for seeking professional help or support when needed. You agree to abide by the program’s stated policies and/or agreements in order to help create and sustain a safe container and learning environment for all participants.
- Your spoken questions and/or comments during the course may be recorded, copied, transcribed, and distributed by Advanced Homeopathy and used in perpetuity, and you consent in advance to these uses, as well as to the use of your image should you appear on a course video.
- Advanced Homeopathy reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse admittance into any course or program or terminate and refund any individual’s registration from any course or program it offers at any time. Advanced Homeopathy also reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund of any participant who defaults on their tuition payment agreement and to remove individuals from conference calls and course community forums or platforms when deemed necessary to preserve the well-being of the group and its members, faculty, and staff.
- Advanced Homeopathy also maintains the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of its course forums, social media pages, and websites, and to remove any material or postings determined by Advanced Homeopathy to be inappropriate, destructive, or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to posts promoting other businesses or services, discussions not relevant to the specific course content, hostile or inflammatory remarks, and may remove such posts at its sole discretion and without notice.
- Third party information: The Site may contain third party information, including but not limited to user comments, guest articles and advertisements (Third Party Information). We do not control, recommend, endorse, sponsor or approve Third Party Information, including any information, products or services mentioned in Third Party Information. You should make your own investigations with respect to the suitability of Third Party Information for you.
- Third party links and websites: This Site may contain links to websites owned by third parties (Third Party Sites). We do not control, recommend, endorse, sponsor or approve Third Party Sites, including any information, products or services mentioned on Third Party Sites. - Reservation of rights: We reserve the right to amend or delete any and all of your content, Third Party Information and/or Third Party Sites, and to block any user, if we believe that there is a violation of these Terms, or for any other reason, in our sole discretion.

- Disputes: You agree to use your best endeavours to use mediation and negotiation to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, prior to resorting to an external dispute resolution process. Please notify us in writing of any dispute you may have.
- Jurisdiction: Your use of the Site and any dispute arising out of your use of it is subject to the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in New South Wales. The Site may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. We make no representation that the Site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia.
